This entity is the latter. We’re invoking a very old succubus/incubus myth here.
Also the towers there are enchanted, but I don’t have the ability to draw that in in a way that is subtle storytelling right now so I’m just saying so here. This is purely because Spritz is a swamp and the towers being enchanted is the explanation as to how they don’t sink into the swamp, which is actually politically important, but… not super relevant at this very moment.
