You know, I actually CHECKED on that Oleander thing last year because I have a situation with flowering oleander AND wild bees all over… And wondered about their hive and honey? (Do the BEES die if they eat it? Well, they haven’t yet!)
I assume not if they can make the honey? Who knows, lots of animals metabolize very differently.
I saw this in a FB group full of witches and crap and usually, if someone says something like, “Oleander honey is still poisonous,” and it’s not true, a good percentage of the comments will say, “That’s not true, have a personal anecdote or twelve as to why it’s not true,” and a few that include citations to something more impressive than anecdotes. But no one did, so I’m inclined to believe it. Witches and gardeners of a similar caliber tend to know their stuff.
